Operation process of ton bag unloading station:

1. The electric hoist in the ton bag unloading station is lifted and fixed on the crossbeam, and can also be fixed on the floor slab to achieve the desired working effect.However, it should be noted that both beams and floors must be securely fixed, otherwise it will affect the safety of equipment use.

2. The ton bag unloading station is lifted by an electric hoist to the top of the hopper, where the bag mouth penetrates into the feeding port of the hopper. Then, the bag valve is tightly closed, the bag mouth is opened, and the material inside the bag flows smoothly into the hopper, achieving dust-free operation and ensuring material quality.

3. The material falls into the rotating valve at the bottom of the hopper and enters the equipment, or is connected to a vacuum conveying pipeline at the bottom of the equipment and transported to the position in a closed manner.

4. Vacuum the scattered materials, filter out the generated dust using a dust collector, and discharge the clean exhaust into the atmosphere, allowing operators to work in a clean and tidy environment.If the dust content is low, installing a filter element at the exhaust port is sufficient and does not require a dust collector.
